Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Current Science Georgia author services, manuscript submission, editorial workflow, publication fee processing, payment confirmation, article records and certificate verification services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a manuscript, checking submission status, making a payment, submitting payment confirmation or using certificate verification services, users agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and related journal policies.
Author Responsibility
- Authors must submit accurate author, affiliation and contact information.
- Submitted manuscripts must be original and ethically prepared.
- Authors must not submit work that violates copyright, academic integrity or research ethics.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of submitted files, metadata and declarations.
Manuscript Submission
Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance, review, publication, indexing, DOI availability or certificate issuance. Manuscripts may be screened for scope, technical quality, academic suitability and ethical compliance.
Editorial Decision
Current Science Georgia may accept, decline, request revision, request additional documentation or send a manuscript for further academic evaluation. Editorial decisions are made according to academic and editorial criteria.
Publication Fee
The Article Processing & Publication Fee is 395 EUR and applies only after editorial acceptance for the publication workflow. Payment does not guarantee acceptance and should not be made before official acceptance or payment instruction.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Current Science Georgia does not directly process full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data. Payment provider terms may also apply.
Payment Confirmation
After payment, authors may be required to submit payment confirmation with their submission reference, author email, receipt reference and supporting receipt file. Publication workflow may continue after administrative payment review.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on whether publication workflow, PDF preparation, article record finalization or certificate work has started.
Publication Workflow
After acceptance and payment confirmation, the publication workflow may include article record finalization, technical formatting, PDF preparation, archive listing, metadata display, certificate preparation and verification record support.
Article Records
Published or listed article records may display article title, author names, issue information, DOI field where available, article code, PDF link, certificate number and verification information.
Certificate Verification
Verification services are provided to check article records or publication certificates. Verification pages may display available record information but do not create external academic recognition beyond the journal’s own records.
DOI and Indexing
DOI, repository, indexing, database or third-party listing information should be treated according to actual availability and external verification. Current Science Georgia should not be understood as guaranteeing third-party indexing unless clearly verified.
User Conduct
- Users must not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Users must not attempt to interfere with the website or verification systems.
- Users must not upload malicious files or unlawful content.
- Users must not impersonate authors, editors or institutions.
Intellectual Property
Authors remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit all text, figures, tables and materials. Journal website design, verification records, certificates and publication workflow materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
Corrections and Updates
Current Science Georgia may update article records, correct metadata, revise certificate data, remove inaccurate information or request additional documentation when necessary for academic, administrative or ethical reasons.
Service Availability
The website, article archive, payment page, submission form, certificate verification and author services may be modified, temporarily unavailable or discontinued due to maintenance, hosting, security, administrative or technical reasons.
Limitation of Responsibility
Current Science Georgia is not responsible for third-party platform delays, payment provider issues, banking charges, search engine indexing delays, DOI provider timing, hosting outages or external database decisions.
