When Payment Is Requested
Payment may be requested only after the manuscript has passed editorial acceptance for the publication workflow. Authors should keep their submission reference and payment receipt for future correspondence.
Before Acceptance
Before acceptance, manuscripts may be reviewed for scope, academic suitability, originality, ethical compliance, technical quality and completeness. Payment should not be considered a substitute for editorial decision-making.
After Payment Confirmation
- The editorial office reviews the payment record.
- The publication workflow may continue.
- Article record and metadata may be finalized.
- PDF publication preparation may proceed.
- Certificate and verification workflow may be prepared where applicable.
Payment Method
Accepted authors may pay through the official Stripe payment page provided by Current Science Georgia.
After payment, authors should submit payment confirmation with their submission reference and receipt information.
Refund and Administrative Review
Payment confirmations and publication workflow issues are reviewed by the editorial office. Administrative or payment-related questions should include the submission reference, author email and receipt information.
Editorial Independence
Current Science Georgia separates editorial decision-making from payment processing. Payment, personal connection or institutional relationship does not determine acceptance.
