Manuscript Files
Manuscript files submitted by authors may be stored for editorial screening, reviewer or academic evaluation, revision comparison, production preparation, record keeping and publication workflow documentation.
Payment Information
Current Science Georgia may collect payment confirmation details such as submission reference, author email, payer name, amount paid, Stripe receipt reference and uploaded receipt files. Card processing is handled by Stripe or other payment provider systems, not directly by Current Science Georgia.
Public Article Records
Accepted and published article records may publicly display article title, author names, DOI field, article code, issue information, certificate number, PDF link and verification details where applicable.
Certificate Verification
Verification pages may display information needed to confirm article records and publication certificates, including journal name, ISSN, article title, author name, DOI, certificate number and issue data where available.
Use of Email
Author email addresses may be used for submission confirmation, editorial decisions, revision requests, acceptance notifications, payment workflow communication, publication updates and certificate or verification questions.

Authors may request correction of inaccurate author information, affiliation data, article metadata, certificate information or contact details by contacting the editorial office with clear supporting information.
Withdrawal and Deletion Requests
Requests for withdrawal, deletion or limitation of processing may be reviewed according to editorial, legal, publication record, payment, archive and verification requirements. Published scholarly records may need to remain available for academic integrity and citation continuity.
Children’s Data
