Author & Editorial Process

Publication Workflow

This page explains the Current Science Georgia manuscript workflow from online submission to editorial screening, academic evaluation, acceptance, payment, production, publication record finalization and certificate verification.

Manuscript Submission

Authors submit the manuscript, author details, affiliations, corresponding email, abstract, keywords and manuscript file through the online submission form.

Submission Reference

After submission, the system generates a submission reference. Authors should keep this reference for status tracking, payment workflow and editorial communication.

Editorial Screening

The editorial office checks scope, completeness, file quality, academic structure, author information, ethical suitability and basic publication readiness.

Academic Evaluation

Suitable manuscripts may proceed to academic evaluation, section-editor review, reviewer assessment or additional editorial checking according to manuscript type and subject.

Revision Where Required

Authors may be asked to submit minor or major revisions, additional declarations, corrected files, updated references or a response note.

Editorial Decision

The manuscript may be accepted for publication workflow, returned for revision, sent for further evaluation or declined according to editorial and academic criteria.

Payment After Acceptance

The Article Processing & Publication Fee is 395 EUR and applies only after editorial acceptance. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Payment Confirmation

After Stripe payment, the author submits payment confirmation with submission reference, author email, receipt reference and receipt file where available.

Production Workflow

After payment review, the accepted article may proceed to technical formatting, article record preparation, PDF workflow and metadata finalization.

Publication & Archive

The article may be listed in published article records, article search, monthly issue archives and related journal pages.

Certificate Preparation

Publication certificate information may be prepared with author name, article title, publication date, issue data, DOI field and certificate number where applicable.

Verification

Article records and publication certificates may be checked through the online verification system using DOI, title, author name, article code or certificate number.

Important: Payment must not be treated as acceptance. Authors should make payment only after editorial acceptance or official payment instruction from the editorial office.

Editorial Criteria
